Maren Ellingboe is an Oakland-based food stylist, recipe tester and developer, and writer. She spent years working in both the front and back of the house in restaurants in Minnesota, Wisconsin and New York City before transitioning to publishing and becoming an editor at Food & Wine. Her work has appeared in Food & Wine, Sunset, Equinox, The Kitchn, among others. She's currently the digital editor and social media manager for the culinary events startup Just Add Salt.
When she's not in the kitchen, you can usually find her hanging out with her husband and dog, devouring a new book or exploring the Bay Area.
